Meridian Regional Recycling Event Meridian Township partners with local schools, governments, businesses, and citizens to offer events in the spring and fall. The event encourages those bringing electronics to the event to leave a $20 donation to help pay for recycling costs. “We are also going to be requiring people stay in their vehicle.” “All our volunteers will be wearing masks,” said Harvey. “We will be open at our recycling center that day, so if there is something that we don’t take, and you’re not sure, just bring it anyway and we'll direct you,” said LeRoy Harvey, the Environmental Programs Coordinator for Meridian Township.
